 The outdoor person has many options and combinations of the type of hunts through (TTT) Hunting & Fishing.  There are many options to outdoor adventures ... examples: Exotic Hunts, Combination Hunts ... Deer and Elk, Pigs and Red Deer to list a few. Please contact us with your outdoor adventure needs so that we can put together your Outdoor Adventure Package.

Note: All hunts require a 50% deposit, to be paid in form of a money order or cashiers check
unless otherwise stated.
The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival to the ranch.

Upon arrival to ranch you will have a PM Hunt,
Nights lodging,next day you will have a AM and PM Hunt, another nights lodging with a final AM Hunt.

The following is a description of accommodations:

This is a very pretty ranch in the Hill Country and only 20 miles west of Fredericksburg, Texas.
This ranch offers 2 fully equipped spacious lodges with comfortable bed, full kitchens, complete with stove, microwave, sink, hot and cold running water, refrigerator and 2 bathrooms with showers in each lodge. Kitchens are available for your use. Each lodge has AC and heat. One lodge features 500 channel satellite TV with a DVD and video player. The other lodge features a big screen TV for relaxation after a hard days hunt.  This ranch also has a lot of exotics which would make and excellent hunt!  Please contact us to put together a Whitetail and exotic hunt.  The exotic can be added for an additional charge.

What is Furnished in addition to the hunt:

Lodging only - meals not included ( you will have to survive on your own fixens)
A guide (will take you to and from your stand)
Blinds and feeders
Also some of the "Best Hospitality you will ever receive"

What is not included :

Hunting License: Out of state license cost $300.00. You may purchase them when you arrive in Texas. Hunting License are sold at the Wal Mart in Fredericksburg.
Your favorite hunting bow & arrows, rifle, black powder, and hunting pistol and ammo.
Sleeping bags, pillows, bathroom supplies, and personal items to include
your meal fixens.

South Texas Whitetail Buck Refund Package
Four (4) days and Three (3) nights
Two (2) Different Ranches
Basic Price

You will be allowed to harvest two (2) Trophy Bucks on Two (2) different ranches.
If for some reason you DO NOT harvest two (2) bucks, we will REFUND YOU $1,000.00.
If for some reason you only harvest one (1) buck, we will REFUND YOU $500.00 providing the buck you harvested IS NOT A PENALTY BUCK!

All "MATURE BUCKS" will average 130 to 150 BC+
A minimum of $1,000.00 deposit is required to secure any hunting dates,
and balance to be paid upon arrival.

Ranch Rules
All bucks must be "MATURE" 8 pt or better. 16 1/2 inch inside spread which would be inside spread outside ears.
Any buck that  DOES NOT meet ranch requirements will be PENALIZED $500.00.

You can rest assure that we will do everything in our power to help get you the Buck of your dreams, because we DO NOT like to REFUND MONEY!!!!!!

You will also be allowed one (1) of the following:
 Javelina, Hog, Bobcat, Mountain Lion, Turkey
 Additional animals $200.00 a piece
Varmint at no additional charge

What is furnished in addition to the hunt:

Semi Guided (a guide will take you to and from your stand),

Also some of the "Best Hospitality you will ever receive".

What is not included:
Hunting License: Out of state license cost $300.00. You may purchase them when you arrive in Texas.
Hunting license are sold at any Wal Mart, Academy Sports Centers, and most hunting outdoor stores. Also you will need to bring sleeping bags, pillows, bathroom supplies and personal items to include
your favorite hunting arm and ammunition.

Gratuities
"Anything is deeply appreciated"

General rule of thumb is 10% cost of the hunt is Guide Fee,
Half of that amount is Cook Fee.
